Departmental tax invoices with a company code of 0110, 0120 or 0210 can be paid via Online Services using the Make a payment tile on the dashboard once logged in. Online Services accepts credit card and debit card payments for Visa and Mastercard and the following GST inclusive surcharges apply:
- Visa debit card – 0.40%
- Visa credit card – 0.72%
- Visa international – 1.99%
- MasterCard debit card – 0.20%
- MasterCard credit card – 0.77%
- MasterCard international – 1.99%
We do not accept AMEX or Diners Card payments.
If you do not want to make a credit card payment through our online payment channel, we also accept BPAY and Direct Debit. Please refer to your tax invoice for further information regarding the payment options available.
