Just try these simple steps to register for Online Services:
1. Select the Register for Online Services link on the Online Services landing page.
2. Complete the registraion fields
3. Accept the terms and conditions and click on Register
4. You will be sent an activation link to your registered email.
5. Open the email and click on Activate.
6. You will be redirected back to the Online Services login/registration page with a confirmation message
7. Enter your username and password to log in to Online Services
