Departmental tax invoices with a company code of 0110, 0115, 0120, 0210 or 0410 can be paid via Online Services using the Make a payment tile on the dashboard once logged in.
Online Services accepts credit card and debit card payments for Visa and Mastercard.
For payments made before 1 October 2026, the following GST-exclusive surcharges apply:
- Visa debit card – 0.510%
- Visa credit card – 0.930%
- MasterCard debit card – 0.290%
- MasterCard credit card – 0.630%
From 1 October 2026, no payment surcharges apply to Visa and Mastercard credit or debit card transactions.
We do not accept AMEX or Diners Card payments.
If you do not want to make a credit card payment through our online payment channel, we also accept BPAY and Direct Debit. Please refer to your tax invoice for further information regarding the payment options available.
