To create a new Hazardous Waste permit application:

  1. Login to Online Services.
  2. Select the Hazardous Waste tile on the dashboard.
  3. Select the Hazardous Waste Application tile on the next dashboard.
  4. Answer the questions in Section 1 and name your application.
  5. Click on Next to determine which application type you will be applying for and to learn the application fee that applies.
  6. Click on “Save and Continue”.

 

Your application record will have been created and will be saved in “My Applications”.
