Downloading and signing the declaration

1. On the final page of your Terrestrial Park permit or licence application you will find a ‘Download PDF’ link under the Declaration heading, select this link to download a PDF to your computer or device.

3. Print out a copy of the declaration, and make sure the applicant reads through and understand the clauses in the declaration.

4. The applicant will need to sign the declaration in the presence of a witness aged 18 years or older.

5. Scan the signed copy of the declaration to your device.

6. Upload your document to the application using the upload button provided under the Declaration heading in your application.

Downloading and signing the agreement

1. On the final page of your Terrestrial Park permit application you will find a ‘Download PDF’ link under the Agreement heading, select this link to download a PDF to your computer or device.

3. Print out a copy of the agreement for each of the proposed authorisation holders, and make sure that they read through and understand the clauses in the agreement.

4. Each proposed authorisation holder will need to sign a copy of the agreement in the presence of a witness aged 18 years or older.

5. Scan each signed copy of the agreement to your device.

6. Upload each copy of the document to the application using the upload button provided under the Agreement heading in your application.

Downloading and signing the statutory declaration (Access to biological resources applicants only)

1. On the final page of your Terrestrial Park research permit application, if you have indicated that you will be doing extractive research for non-commercial purposes you will be presented with the Statutory Declaration heading

2. Under the Statutory Declaration heading you will find a ‘statutory_declaration.docx’ link, select this link to download a PDF to your computer or device.

3. Print out a copy of the statutory declaration, and make sure the applicant reads through and understand the clauses in the statutory declaration.

4. The applicant will need to sign the statutory declaration in the presence of a person who is qualified to witness a statutory declaration.

5. Scan the signed copy of the statutory declaration to your device.

6. Upload your document to the application using the upload button provided under the Statutory Declaration heading heading in your application.
